Happy New Year 2013

New Beginings are usually exciting though sometimes a little scary. Last year I really got out of the box. Innovo publishing company came to me with the idea of me writing a new book series about my charactor, LIttle Tommy. Now, that does sound exciting, but for me, it was not something that I ever thought would be possible. I got my first tutor in the third grade and all through high school was in remedial math and english. I finished high school on a sixth grade reading level. I really felt that God was calling to on to college even though some of my teachers told me to think about going to art school. In college I had to go to teachers for extra help even in the 030 english classes. All of the hard work paid off and something “clicked”. Again I felt God calling me on to Seminary.There, I wrote a lot of papers and to get through. Now with over 24 years of ministry, I am writing a Little Tommy series of books which seems to be going well. It is humbling to know that God is with me and helping me to do something that I can not do on my own. In this new year, I am looking forward to what God is doing through these books. Children that I may never meet can learn principles and precepts found in the word of God. Amazing. Happy New Year.
